Bob began his life insurance career in 1971. Over the last 45+ years, he has focused on guiding his clients through the estate planning process. His passion is helping his clients perpetuate their wisdom and wealth to posterity. Stephen Ashton, VP
With over 10 years of experience in the life insurance industry including membership in MDRT’s Top of the Table, Stephen is extremely knowledgeable in all the aspects of the life insurance industry. He earned his designation of Certified Financial Planner™ which is the recognized standard of excellence for competent and ethical personal financial planning. Stephen is constantly increasing his understanding of financial services through organizations such as MDRT, The Wisdom Link, Empowered Wealth, and Entrepreneur Matters.
Todd Ashton, CFO
With over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry including membership in MDRT’s Top of the Table, Todd is well-equipped in all the aspects of the life insurance industry. Todd has a passion for collaborating with Advisors in creating solutions to their clients financial difficulties. Gary Holst, Agent Relationship Specialist
Gary entered the securities/life insurance business in 1969 after being a college instructor in business education. In his personal career he spent time with Voya and TransAmerica, before starting his own agency with American General in Sioux City, Iowa. In 2012 Gary decided to join forces with AFG Brokerage as a Marketing and Case Design specialist. He is your back office providing support in illustrations, guidance on case design, and product. Gary’s unparalleled knowledge and expertise will help you close your next sell.
Debra Holst, Case Manager
Debra has been involved the life insurance industry for over 30 years. She works closely with you to ensure you are informed on your cases and is an advocate for your clients every step of the way. Her hands-on nature and results oriented attitude is invaluable in helping you get your cases approved and issued. Debra joined AFG Brokerage in 2012 and has been priceless member of the team ever since.
Elizabeth Rawlings, Licensing and Contracting
Liz has worked in the insurance industry for 20+ years, having worked in case management for Ashton Financial since 2000, she joined AFG Brokerage in 2016. Liz’s focus with AFG Brokerage is to ensure you are contracted, licensed, and appointed with our carrier partners. She is resolute in her efforts to help you and will be an essential resource.
Commissions and Marketing
KayDe is new to the insurance industry, joining AFG Brokerage in December 2017. She spent her childhood in Southern California, but for the past 24 years has called Washington home. KayDe received her associate degree in 1999 and has spent the past 13+ years working in accounts payable for various industries. She received her bachelor’s degree from BYU-I in April 2018. KayDe’s focus at AFGB will be Commissions and Marketing.
